  1. Aluminum Pressure Die Casting Machine D I E C A S T I N G P R O C E S S 01 Die Preparation The process starts with the preparation of a two-part steel mold, known as the die. The die is designed to create the shape of the final aluminum component. 02 Injection of Molten Aluminum Aluminum is melted in a furnace and then injected into the die cavity at high pressure using the die casting machine. 03 Cooling and Solidification The molten aluminum quickly cools and solidifies within the die, taking the shape of the mold. 04 Ejection Once the aluminum has solidified, the die opens, and the newly formed aluminum component is ejected.
