  1. Famous German Figures in History Our beloved Germany has produced some of history's most famous figures. Could you name any straight away? There is more to German history than just awful events. Consider possibly the world's most enormous geek. That's Albert Einstein was also German. He was a theoretical physicist who influenced the foundations of contemporary physics. He said "Logic will get you from A to Z, imagination will get you everywhere." Imagination thrives here. Other prominent Germans are Wilhelm and Jacob Grimm. You may have heard of the well-known Brothers Grimm. Their reenactment of the Pied Piper story was both scary and well-illustrated. There are more names on this list; we will find them now!
