  21. The Future The Indian Chapter On A Fast Track : • Establish a ‘State of Art’ “Diving Training Institute” in India – A JV between DOEIL & TUC (UK). • Classroom courses planned to commence at Mumbai shortly, followed by Diving Courses in a phased manner.
