Why Do Businesses Require Talent Management? Do you believe it's a good idea to have a Talent Management program? Do you have it at your company, and if so, how do you use it? Many bright employees in a firm do not climb to the top because of their inherent nature. Large fish, for example, prefer to stay in deeper water and avoid coming to the surface.
