  3. Life & Education Patel was born and was raised in Mumbai. He did his schooling from Christ Church School, Mumbai and he started his career early in the Real Estate DevelopmentBusiness.

  4. Career Mr Patel has more than 20 years of rich experience in development & Marketing of the most complex and sophisticated projects acrossMumbai. He currently handles the sales & marketing and the business development side of the company and has achieved overRs. 5000 Crore sales record. The business development role includes responsibilities like sales, marketing,land acquisition, liasoning & co-ordination, and land-related matters including acquisition, identification of location and making feasibility reports. He was also in charge ofthe launch of the company’s IPO of Rs 1500 Cr in 2010 which was achieved in record time and wasoversubscribed3.27 times.

  5. Awards Nabil Patel was awarded the Excellence in marketing award for DB Realty Ltd IPO, Design Ace award by ET Estrade Awards 2009. He also received Marketer of the year award by ET Estrade Awards in 2010 and the commercial master builder of the year award.
