  1. Hany Mohamed Nabil • Background:Chemist Hany has over 8 years of experience in all aspects and phases of Environmental Pollution Analyses and management in the CEHM at Cairo University. He has also over 5 years of experiences in all air pollution monitoring network management for about 36 station distributed allover Greater Cairo in the Ministry of State for Environmental Affairs at the EEAA. He also, had shared in the establishment and managing the national sustainable air monitoring network (SMN). His experience includes significant expertise in environmental analyses for air, water, and soil samples, environmental and computer modeling, and decision support systems. He had an experience in the field of inspection. He is working now as the Environmental Monitoring Researcher for air, water, and soil at the Environmental Monitoring Dept. in the Environmental Quality Sector at EEAA. He is also, the Monitoring System Supervisor for the national air quality-monitoring network for Lead and particulate matter in Egypt. This includes planning, implementing, and following up all the related activities of the monitoring systems. Also, it includes the system supervision with the coordination of all corresponds components to enhance and complete the work goals within a short time, definite budget, and high data quality system. He has the ability and accreditability to inspect and discover the air pollution problems through inspection plans. To achieve his work objectives Chemist Hany is working with a high experiences of various and good knowledge of Quality Systems according to the ISO 17025 Accreditation System. He proceeds with his work with highly skills of communication and negotiation. • Relevant Experience: • Acting as Environmental Researcher and Monitoring System Supervisor for lead and particulate monitoring in Egypt. • Acting as projects coordinator in the Lead Remediation Project in Egypt • Acting as Part Time Quality Manager, Internal Auditor for the Environmental Laboratories and Chief assistant of the Technical Group. • Acting as Laboratory and Monitoring Technicians Team Leader. • With Highly Computer Skills, most of the monitoring related presentation and modeling had been established by him. • Academic Experience: B.Sc. in Science – Major Chemistry, May 1996.Training Programs and Courses on Chemical Mass Balance (CMB) Modeling and Lead Remediation Technologies in March 2001 and September 2003 at Desert Research Institute / Nevada, USA. Innovation Projects: 1- Enhancing the documentation and approval EIA systems for new projects. 2- Enhancing the tourists knowledge through banking machines systems.
