    11. Video Clip 2 Mr. Wise, IMP 2 (a post reform book with 10th graders), new curriculum, graduated here using Saxon, started teaching here with Saxon, probably in stabilization and diversification stage In a team of three, one role play the principal, one the teacher, and one an observer. 12. The real Mr. Wise already has had an epiphany, is in a teaching lab classroom, and is coaching not only teachers in his building, but the surrounding area. This just didn’t happen on its own. It took some pretty good principals to help the process along.
