His Responsibilities As the Chief Digital Officer of the Bee’ah Group, TayfunTopkon Sap/TayfunTopkoc’s main responsibilities include the management and control of information technology functions and developing as well as diversifying new innovations of the Bee’ah Group's current business and activities. TayfunTopkoc’s role includes the formation of digital strategy and for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of change across all levels of the company, in order to transform the Bee’ah Group a fully digitalized platform.

  3. TayfunTopkoc Sap/ TayfunTopkoc Level of Expertise TayfunTopkoc holds almost over 20 years of experience in the technology industry to the Bee’ah Group. TayfunTopkoc/TayfunTopkoc SAP is also known to have expertise in general management focusing on disruptive business models and innovation.

  4. How It All Turned Around TayfunTopkoc/ TayfunTopkoc SAP has been absorbed by the Bee’ah Group only recently in the year 2018. Before joining this Middle Eastern company, TayfunTopkoc held the position of Managing Director at SAP, UAE and Oman. TayfunTopkoc served at SAP for 4 years, beginning his tenure in the year 2014. As MD in SAP, his duties included managing the company's domestic presence and growth strategy in the department of sales, marketing and operations. He also performed tasks related to strategy delivering, financial excellence and operations optimization. At SAP, he held a proven track record of sales performance and ensured that the brand continued to grow by constantly improving innovation standards.

  5. As a leader, TayfunTopkoc’s SAP and Bee’ah Group, specializes in creatively solving business problems and is known to tactically build dream teams. He is actively taking part and supports the ideation of UAE's Vision 2021 goals of creating a mass digital transformation. TayfunTopkoc/TayfunTopkoc Sap is also a part of the board member committee for a number of start-ups and strongly supports young entrepreneurs. He is also academically inclined. He is often invited to deliver lectures on topics like leadership and talent management and marketing and well-known universities around the world.
