  7. SWOT Analysis Strength – Good teamwork & network to recruit speakers. Weakness – Speaker pipeline is nearly empty Opportunity – Become more effective connecting contractors with consultants. Threat – Staying relevant among many networking opportunities for local entrepreneurs, consultants, professionals

  8. Chapter Plans / Issues Mix topics at monthly meetings to cover professional development, training, and technical topics. Attract younger members with current and relevant topics and speakers.
