Transition Belper 2013 AGM The Twelve Steps – Activities Oct 2012 to Sep 2013 • The initial steering group ‘followed the script’ and now we have a an ‘incorporated group’ with articles of association. • Trustees annually elected set up an active core group to help steer the various groups and projects.

Transition Belper 2013 AGM The Twelve Steps – Activities Oct 2012 to Sep 2013 • We have struggled to organise as many Skills Share workshops as last year. • Successful workshops such as patchwork and bread making have run but we do need a volunteer to come forward and help with the organising and promotion of the workshops.

Transition Belper 2013 AGM The Twelve Steps – Activities Oct 2012 to Sep 2013 • The Transition Belper continues to evolve. • In December 2012 Transition Belper Ltd is registered in England and Wales - Registration number 8329863. • In August 2013 Amber & Derwent Valley Community Energy (ADVyCE) Ltd becamethe first social enterprise to be set up from one of Transition Belper’s sub groups.

Transition Belper 2013 AGM The Twelve Steps – Activities Oct 2012 to Sep 2013 • PLUS • Monthly Green Drinks in Makeney, Bargate and several locations in Belper town centre. • Socially - Xmas Fuddle, Summer BBQ & Badminton • The new Transition Network quarterly newspaper • Transition Belper now owns materials to help with its work such as a projector, displays boards and pop up banner. • Recognition in the local media and also volunteering awards.
