Postthat, thebusinessmanwillneedto takeupanothervisawhichwillallowthebusinessmantoextend hisstayinUK. Thebusinessmancanbringhisfamilyalongunder thisprogram. Thebusinessmancanworkforsomebodyelsewith thisVISA.

EligibilityforthisVISA- Aminimumageof18years EnglishLanguagebenchmark Provethattheapplicantwillnowaybedependentonpublic fundsfordailysustenanceinUK UK Innovator Visa – Anybodywhointendstoset-upbusinessinUKorrunabusiness inUKcanapplyforUKinnovatorVisa. Itisrequiredthatsucha businessmanlivesoutsideUKandSwitzerland. Theinnovator whointendstosetupbusinessinUKwillhavetoget endorsementfromauthorizedorganizationoranapproved body.

TheinnovatorwillneedaminimumofUK £50,000as investmentfunds. Thisvisatakes3monthsforapprovaland further2-3monthsforprocessing. Thisvisaallowsthe businessmantoliveinUKforaperiodof3years.

  7. Ifthebusinessmanisonanothervisa, hecanshifttothisvisafor extendedstay. Thisvisaisfurtherextendableby3moreyears. If provedeligible, theapplicant, after3yearsinUKunder InnovatorvisacanapplyforsettlementinUK. Further, the innovatorcanapplyforcitizenshipafterafewyearsofliving there. Thevisaholdercansetup ‘n’ numberofbusinessesinUKand canworkforself, butcannotapplyforjobwithothercompanies ororganizations.

  8. UK Sole Representative VISA – UKSoleRepresentativeVISAcanbeusedbyarepresentativeof acompanylocatedoutsideofUKandSwitzerlandtostarta branchinUK. Thisprogramwilltake3monthsforprocessand completion. Withthisvisa, therepresentativecanliveinUKfor aperiodof3years. Thevisacanbeextendedfor2moreyears. After5yearsoflivinginUK, therepresentativecanapplyfor permanentsettlementinUK. Eventually, therepresentativecan applyforcitizenshipthere.
