You can do many core-strength exercises using a fitness ball. Go have an (inflatable) ball. There is little that works your entire body better in regards to fitness equipment

Fit Ball exercise program The exercises in the program are designed to improve you’re fitness with a variety of arm and leg strengthening exercises as well as stability and flexibility.
P R O G R E S S I O N S PULL IN & OUT Roll up as for Bridge and hold at the highest point. Maintaining the height of the pelvis, draw the feet in towards the bottom. Roll the ball away from the body before lowering back down, imprinting the spine back into the start position. SINGLE LEG LIFT Roll up as for Bridge, when the pelvis is lifted, alternating legs raise one at a time off the ball. REVERSE BRIDGE Sit on the ball and walk feet out, lowering the body downward. Continue to walk out until the ball rests between the shoulder blades, hips in line with the head. Keeping the head and shoulders on the ball, lower the spine and buttocks towards the floor. Engage the abdominals and gluteals, lengthening through the thighs out over the toes, press the hips back to the start position.
Push-up on fit ball Place body in push-up position on floor with feet on fit ball, activate core by pulling navel to spine and squeezing glutes.

Relaxation The back extension exercise works the muscles on either side of the spine. Performing the exercise on a swiss ball also works the core muscles as they need to stabilize the body.
