  1. We can read minds. Really. Don’t believe us? How about this… We know that you’re an eCommerce merchant who wants the following two things: 1. You want a faster, easier way to upload products to your Webware.io store. 2. You want one that involves less hassle with spreadsheets. How did we do? You are the reason we started Venzee! Venzee lightens your Inventory spreadsheet burden significantly by making it possible for you to both create and update Webware-io-compatible products with only a very small amount of spreadsheet use. Want to know how it works? Step 1: Sign Up Is 100% Free No credit card necessary! The next step is to begin importing your data. This is the information your supply chain sent to you. It might have been sent to you via Venzee via an online form in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format from our Integration Marketplace. It’s a super simple process! Watch the videos in the links below for more information. How do I import data into Venzee? How do suppliers share data with their retailers via Venzee? Step 2: The Venzee Template Library Next stop is our Template Library where you’ll select the Webware.io template: 1. Go to “Dynamic Data” 2. Click the “Add” button 3. Select the Webware.io template 4. Click “Next”

  2. How do I create a template? Step 3: Mapping Your source data has attributes like color, size etc. and your Webware.io template has fields. Map your data’s attributes to your template’s fields. If you’re not sure what goes where the question mark “?” is your best friend. It contains information to help you get started. Also check out the videos below: How do I create a Dynamic Collection? How do I import images into Venzee? Step 4: Generate Now that you’re done mapping click “Generate” and you’re done! To get a download link sent to your email click “Export”. We just took the source data you imported in Step 1 and transformed it into Webware.io- compatible products! Step 5: Relax. Let Venzee Handle it! Your new Venzee-created, Webware.io-ready products that we generated in Step 4 will be updated whenever your source data gets updated! So, sit back, relax, maybe get a cold one, and let Venzee handle it from here!
