Through the partnership with VSPAGY, the brand was able to avail unique and captivating video journeys tailored to individual customers. The VSPAGY allows for the creation of impactful customer engagement videos that address personalized product recommendations, exclusive offers, and more, enabling retail brands to meet the specific shopping needs of their target audience. The engagement opportunity A major retail jewellery brand wanted to engage its customers with appropriate communication when their jewellery purchase scheme matured. The catalogue mapping with each customer was different as every customer has a distinctive slab structure at maturity. The goal was to use the VSPAGY to create personalized engagement with customers by enabling them to browse catalogues that are relevant to their specific amounts of maturity in the jewellery purchase scheme. This would make it easier for the customers to make purchase decisions. How did the VSPAGY platform help? • A hyper-personalized campaign was created in order to remind the customers that their jewellery purchase scheme is getting close to the maturity date. • Engagement flows were pre-defined and approved in the form of video storyboard templates. • Personalized text and interactive buttons were added at each stage to make it interactive, engaging and relevant. • Auto generated video streams were sent to individual customers as their respective jewellery purchase scheme came near to its maturity. • Personalized interactive video streams received by customers fetched individual customer data with the help of secured APIs through pre-defined cohorts. • When received, each of the videos was hyper-personalized and included the name and specifics of the scheme. The details mentioned included the account number of the customer, their accumulated amount, date of maturity and last date of redemption. • Video interactivity was added in the video. It allowed individual customers to view catalogue of jewellery options based on the projected maturity balance in their respective accounts. • The video also provided the viewers with the option of locating the nearest store of the band, getting directed to a product page, or make further enquiries. The customers were able to take immediate action with the help of the interactive buttons within the video. The video campaign developed by VSPAGY for the jewellery retail brand started as a pilot towards the end of March 2023 and delivered amazing results. Hence, the brand decided to continue with the campaign for ongoing customer engagement. Engagement CTAs significantly improved to 14% based on a 30-day average campaign period. The conversion through this campaign was additionally observed to be around 20% of the targeted base.
