  1. Warm-up • Use pg. 208-209 in the patterned cover book to write down the details of the following compromises from the Constitutional Convention: • The Great Compromise • The 3/5 Compromise • What were the compromises made between North and South about the slave trade and fugitives?

Constitutional Scavenger Hunt • Use pgs. 222-245 in the patterned cover book to discover various aspects of our Constitution. • Write down patterns/examples of checks and balances as you work through the questions. • For example, if one group brings articles of impeachment, a different group must impeach(hold the trial). • Explain in greater detail at least two of the examples or patterns in the margins on the front page.
