  1. Welcome Highlanders • Introduce coaching staff. • Player introductions.

  2. Forms • Players without updated physical, completed insurance information, or copy of insurance card cannot participate until all have been completed. • Deadline for all other forms is Sept 5th. No participation after this date until all forms are complete.

  3. Team Webpage • http://faculty.gordonstate.edu/tmcclanahan/ • Incoming Player Webpage will get us through Labor Day weekend. • You are responsible for checking this regularly. • Current Player Page is password restricted. I will let you know when that is up and running and you have access.

  4. Email/Phone/Text/Groupme • It is expected that you check you Gordon State email regularly. • Some things you need to call the coach about. • Think before you text. Is that answer already available to you? • Don’t send word through a teammate, you need to contact Coach Mac yourself. • Make sure the Groupme is working so you can stay updated to last minute changes. • This is the preferred method of communication unless it is personal.
