  2. Building Leadership • Habit 3: Put First Things First • Review the time quadrants • Each group share 2-3 ways the graphic applies to your role in leadership

  3. Building Leadership • Personally speaking: What are your “FIRST” things in life? • And: What keeps you from putting these things FRIST in your life?

  4. Building Leadership • Relevance: In order to be successful as a leader you need to overcome peer pressure and fear! • Can you relate to the story?… • The KEY: value each moment! • The poem shows the value of time!

  5. Nuts and Bolts • Each team must prepare a calendar for May that outlines project completion. Calendars must be turned in to me. • Be sure your section of the website is updated so attendance is maximized at your meetings. • Start to think about and plan your final project presentation

  6. Fundraising • We need to GET ON IT!! • What is our final decision??

  7. Adjourn • Keep up the excellent work! • This is crunch time!- see me if you need extra support. • Be encouraging of your team and keep them informed- you will get more out of them!
