  1. Mt Hebron Football • Lunch with Coach Zach sign up sheets. Room 143.Bring a copy of your report card. • All players get height and weight measured in Nurse’s office. Do it only during lunch hours. Be curtious.Don’t go in large numbers. • SAT/ACT-All rising juniors and sophomore's over a 3.0 gpa should take test before June. • Grades! Remember you are ineligible for sports if you fail any 4th quarter class. Don't wait until the 4th quarter. If you need help ask. • Summer school if you are planning to go to summer school I need to know. • Conduct in school. I’m looking for student athletes not student discipline problems. Don't think I’m not watching.

  2. March Calendar • Weight lifting Monday thru Thursday 2:25-3:15. • Spring sports participants. You should still be working out during this time period. I need to know exactly what your doing! • Birthday Bowl (Andrew Noel scholarship fund) Sunday March 10th at Cypress Meade park.12:30-4:30 pm $5 donation. • Parents meeting March 13th 7pm. • Rich Alercio O-Line camp. For Linemen &Tight Ends.Sunday,April 7 8am to 1pm. Delsea HS NJ. We need full participation. See me for camp brochures.

  4. Recruiting(Are you interested in play football in college) • Junior/Sophomore- I need a copy of your transcripts. Sign a transcript release form from the Guidance office. • List of schools you might be interested in. • Sign up for SAT/ACT test.

  12. Spring into Action. Upcoming Events. • April 7 Rich Alercio O-Line clinic Delsea HS South Jersey. $ 35 per athlete with 5 or more participants. May need at least three parent drivers. Depart from Mt Hebron 6AM. • April 13/14th Mulch deliveries (Community service) • April 13th ACT (Late registration 3/22) • April 28th Parent meeting • Underclassmen Combines TBA

Team vacation July 3rd thru July 7th.

Summer Activities Cost Breakdown. • Ravens 7 on 7 (St Pauls/Fredrick) $275 per team. • Howard County 7 on 7 $75 per team. • University of Virginia 7 on 7/Linemens camp $350 per team /$65 per linemen • Maryland 7 on 7/Linemens camp $275 per team /$60 per linemen • Towson 7 on 7/Linemens camp ($250/$350 per team) $30 per lineme • The Math 7 on 7 x5=$100 player, Linemens camp x4 = $190(7on7 and Linemens camps). • Maryland Team camp-$300 per camper.
