  4. Recruiting • May is Spring Recruiting Month • Transcripts and SAT/ACT scores • Transcript release forms. See Registrar. • Recruiters can meet players. Cannot have extended conversation. Are permitted to make phone contact. • Schools can and will make scholarship offers during this time period. • I will have game film available. • All coaches will pushing Camps. Be selective. • Coach Zacharias recommendation. Laurens 1st & 10

  5. Off Season Training Activities • OTA practices-Monday/Weds starting after Memorial day. • Howard Cty 7on7 league Tue/Thurs 4-5:30 Oakland Mills park. (Thru month of June) • Summer conditioning program 7-9am Mon-Thurs. • Baltimore Touchdown Club 7 on 7 June 2nd at St Paul’s HS June 9th Fredrick HS. • Univ of Maryland 7on 7/Linemens camp June 16th • Penn St Univ 7 on 7/Linemens camp June 23rd • Towson St 7 on 7/Linemens camp July 14th • Team Camp at University of Maryland July 27th-29th • Rich Alercio Linemens camp April 29th. • We need Travel Team parents for camps!

  6. Camp Cost • Rich Alercio Linemen camp-35/40 • Howard Cty 7 on 7 No charge. • BTC 7 on 7 400$ 2 Saturdays 12.50/20 • Terps 7 on 7/Linemens camp 275$ 7 7 on 7 13.75 per. Linemen 60$ per (possible 10$ discount) • Penn St 7 on 7/Linemens camp 250$ 13per. Linemen 10$ per. • Towson 7 on 7/Linemens camp 250$ 13$ per. Linemen 25$ per. • Totals for 7 on 7/Linemen 7 on 7 = 60$ Linemen=135$ • Team camp Univ of Maryland 325$ overnight, 275$ commuter. • All 7 on 7 participants are coaches selection only. 20 man limit.

  7. Fundraising/Community service month. • May 5th Team Cards Blitz • May 12th Program Ads Blitz • May 26th Parking Lot Extravaganza (Flea Market, Car Wash, Comfort food sale, Scrapping for Cash).

  8. Team Card Community Blitz • Divide Mt Hebron communities into sections. • Players will sell Team cards in their designated community sections. (Hopefully we can divide them equally). • We will also have the players pass out our Flea market fliers at each home. • We may want to consider station some players at the local grocery stores. • We need Parent/Coach for transport, supervision and support. • Tentative time period 9am to 1pm. • What we don’t sell we will continue to sell the rest of the month and at the Flea Market.

Program Ads Business Com BlitzPARENT CHAMPION Barbara Burke • Divide the Mt Hebron business community into sections. • Players will be divided into groups again based on their community locations. • We need Parent/Coach for transportation supervision and support. • Tentative time period 9am to 3 pm. • We again hand out our Flea market fliers.

  10. Program Ads Parents Challenge • Agro-lawn, Direct tv,Metlife,State farm,Gieco,Monotronics,Comcast,Sprint,Tiaa-cref,Orkin,HiltonHead,Antwerpen,Greg’s Driving school. Coach Zach business partner’s • Coaches challenge to Parents is to get donations/Ads from your business partner’s. • Top three fundraisers receives their choice of designated Under Armour Coaches apparel.

Flea Market ExtravaganzaPARENT CHAMPION Kacy Leach • Using the student parking lot we will sell parking spots 15$ per spot. • There will also be and area where someone can donate and we can sell the items. • We will also use a section of the parking lot for a donation Car wash area. • I would also like to sell some old fashion church dinners ( 5$ per plate. (Comfort food; Bring a dish or two of your specialty). • Looking into getting a scrap metal dumpster. We get the monetary amount as a donation. “Scrapping for Cash” • Flea Market will go from 8am to 4pm.

  12. Coaches Wish List • Field equipment-Jugs Machine, Portable Goal post, Storage trailer, Field stencils, Pull over penny shirts, Weed control, Irrigation system, Water station. • Uniform needs. Helmet purchase issue, Shoulder pad inventory, Practice apparel inventory. • Strength and Conditioning- Box jump package, Speed parachutes, Dumb bell upgrade, Fuel station. • Coaches needs-Laptop, Head set upgrade, Video dynamics (Hudl),Coaches apparel
