  3. An interesting business: In former days, it was conjectured that perhaps there could be a non-propagated junctional discharge that would block an atrial stimulus and simulate A-V block. When our EP brethren came along, they proved the concept with His Bundle recordings. Indeed, there are “concealed junctionalextrasystoles” as shown in this recording. (arrow)
