Logistics Project Documents held at GSFC is the ‘MIS’ system https://mavenmis.gsfc.nasa.gov/ Access controlled A new method for gaining access (NAMS) seems to be limited to NASA centers – TBR Register at http://nams.nasa.gov Frank Snow is our sponsor. For SSL personnel, I have submitted the list on the next page to Project to see if they can get us a ‘NASA Identity’ which we need before we can register an NAMS. IT Security training also required (on-line)

Road to PDR This is a planetary mission. Launch will not slip. Immediate goal is for instrument leads to get instrument specifications complete so we know what we are designing to before the engineers start work in December We also need to work Flight Software Requirements for each instrument I am working up a draft I will send around soon By March LM needs simple Thermal Models By March Power Converter requirements (voltages, currents) should be firmed up so design can start By April we need EEE parts selected so we can start buying EM and long lead parts and start parts qualification At PDR we want to have the instruments designed and ready to start build of the EM and resources requirements are firmed up PFP peer reviews will probably be ~mid May PFP PDR will probably be ~mid June Mission PDR has been scheduled for the week of Nov 12
