Aims of the Framework • Establish and promote good practice • Outcome focused approach - emphasis on self assessment and evidence gathering • Take account of local needs and circumstances • Integrates requirements of Equality Act 2010 • Highlights role of providers and partners in challenging inequality in local communities
Levels of Performance The Framework consists of three levels of performance for benchmarking • Level 1 – Developing • Level 2 – Achieving • Level 3 – Excelling
