With so much tension around, their mental health is also at stake. Here are some tips to take better care of your senior loved ones amid these testing times:

  2. Spare Some Time For Them • So many of us have been working from home for the last few months and it does get a little difficult at times to spare time for others. A little effort from your end to spend some time with them will make them feel a lot better.

  3. Try to Fulfill Their Expectations from You • We understand that you’ve been taking care of all their needs so well but sometimes all they want is their children and grandchildren to converse with them. Understanding their expectations and living up to those can be the best gift ever.
