  2. As a project manager you need help • To produce qualified scenarios • To find relevant actors/participants for scenario workshops • To secure a fair and transparent process • To present and communicate your outcomes

  3. Qualified scenarios, some criteria: • Plausible according to knowledge and ”not-knowledge”/uncertainties • Represent various values/interests • Illustrate possible conflicts of interests • Illustrate possible future solutions

  4. Relevant participants, consider • What could be relevant localities – criteria? • Who are relevant actors? – who will be affected? Whose viewpoints and behaviour is important and why?
