ATZ Consolidation Test Schedule • Identify 1 or 2 recommendations per lot to purge with low volume cartons • Identify low volume cartons (>500 AMU) and associated SKU’s • Send ATZ Team low volume cartons with FG list and have them set them up in cartons • Test according to recommendations • Then identify additional opportunities with medium to higher volume items
