  2. ATZ Corrugated Overview/Preparation • Armando to identify ATZ team members • Atizapan has 10,250 SKU’s for the 165 identified cartons • 110 cartons have usage less than 500 a month

ATZ Consolidation Test Schedule • Identify 1 or 2 recommendations per lot to purge with low volume cartons (reference attached recommendation file) • Send ATZ Team list of all cartons and associated FG and set up by lot • Brainstorm with team to identify which FG/cartons need to be tested per recommendation and FG description • Test according to recommendations • …or create list with low volume cartons (>500 AMU) and associated SKU’s • …then create list with medium to high volume cartons and associated SKU’s • Send ATZ Team low volume cartons with FG list and have set up in cartons by lots • In a separate list send ATZ Team medium and high volume cartons with FG to set up by lots • If item or carton is not available at time of test, assigned team member will test and notify of results
