  3. ATZ Consolidation Test Plan • Marketing must confirm consolidation of White to Kraft, tape vs. tuck top, label & carton print • Identify 1 or 2 carton recommendations per lot (reference attached recommendation file) • Identify lots that have largest opportunity for consolidation (Use as starting point of testing) • Send ATZ Team list of all cartons and associated FG by descending opportunity of recommendations with identification of largest part per lot • Brainstorm w/ ATZ Team to identify which FG/cartons need to be tested per recommendation and FG description • Ex. If a larger identifiable part of all dimensions fits into a carton, smaller parts do not need to be tested • Have ATZ Team load largest FG’s into original carton in open area with lot distinction • Set recommended cartons in same area • Test according to recommendations • Create check off list for carton recommendations with following fields • Recommendation Carton, Dimensions, Flute, Strength, FG’s, Original Carton, Dimensions • Cross off FG’s that fit into recommended carton and identify ones that don’t • Group FG’s that don’t fit to recommendation • Based on dimensions of FG, look for match to existing carton • If item or carton is not available at time of test, assess ATZ capabilities to self manage, otherwise return to ATZ or extend trip • If FG’s are not available in ATZ, confirm availability at warehouse (Pittston, Memphis) and test there • Notify Sean McCormack/Bart Beardsly
