ASSUMPTION #1:People want to network within and across their own organisations
ASSUMPTION #2:Your whole organisation has to be networked for it to be seen as successful
ASSUMPTION #3:Internal networking is different to external networking
ASSUMPTION #4:ICT / Information Security / HR colleagues are a barrier.
ASSUMPTION #5:Social media or a social intranet will magically force existing leadership to change or learn.
Hands up if….“You have some kind of “social” feature inside your council – somewhere, no matter how small – Now?”
