Make the Connection- Students • Be an encourager • Our students like to know that we understand • Provide scriptural support about God’s faithfulness • Our students want to know we are human • Share stories about our doubts and challenges • Our students derive peace from our model of faith • Give them examples of leaning on God • Pray for your students
Authenticity • Don’t try to be someone you are not • Examine your own faith • Ask God for help • Be willing to be vulnerable
