  4. History • IRE@L Project to raise $10 million using a volunteer committee • Used ACCESS to pull BANNER Data • Coded volunteers and prospects they were soliciting in Access

  6. Problems & Solution • How to prevent prospect assignment to multiple groups • How many Access DB do we create • Summit Presentation showing how to use Solicitor Organization Module • Believed it would work to manage the multiple volunteer organizations

  7. Steps Used to Set Up Sol Org • Step 1. Create the new Organization give it a Name – Status – Year - Type • Step 2. Enter the name of a contact for the organization • Step 3. Give the Organization Annual Goals • Step 4. Enter the solicitors who belong to this organization

  11. Volunteer Contacts Can Now Be Assigned - ASASANG • Select the Organization Name from the list • Select the Solicitor Name (volunteer) • If you can’t move beyond this point – annual goals is missing. Go back to step 3 • Assign the Contacts to the volunteer solicitor
