Bid opening on 13th March ’14. • Appointment of Coal Consultant : Draft RFP document finalized. • Environment Management Agreement signed with M/S CEGIS. 1st Joint Meeting held with DOE. • Boundary wall, Slope protection & Additional area filling tender document issued to M/S BDPL. • Pre-fabricated Site Office : Technical specification is under finalization • Plant / Equipment Insurance Contract awarded to SadharanBima Corporation. • Accounting software (Tally2) contract awarded & implemented. Micro-leveling & compaction in progress. • Earthen dyke preparation in progress, for slope protection. • Divisional Conservator of Forest, Jessore visited site for initial study of forestation around project area.
