Proposed Cutover Approach • 2 CDs will be provided • 1st CD has the new schema for the Market Release and it is designed to be installed on existing MPCCs. • 2nd CD is the upgraded version of Seebeyond with the new schema, designed to be installed on the new MPCC machines. Pre-IPT • Market suppliers involved in IPT testing use the 2nd CD to install upgraded Seebeyond and new schema on their new MPCC machine • Switch IP address and SSL cert from their existing old test MPCC to the new MPCC machine • Connectivity test with this new MPCC IPT • Run IPT on this new test MPCC • Switch the IP address and SSL cert to the old test MPCC • Use CD1 to load the new schema onto the old test MPCC • Connectivity test with this old test MPCC • Complete IPT on the old test MPCC Retail Market Hub Upgrade & Market Release

  6. Cutover Weekend 26th/27th June • Seebeyond HUB is upgraded • Replace the old schema with the new schema using CD1, on the existing MPCC production machine In the following week • Switch production IP address and SSL cert to the machine that was used as the first new test MPCC. This now becomes the new production MPCC. • Connectivity test the new production MPCC • Go-live is complete Retail Market Hub Upgrade & Market Release

  7. Post-cutover tasks • Switch the test IP address and SSL cert to the second new MPCC machine. This now becomes the new test MPCC. • Connectivity test this new test MPCC • The old test and old production MPCC machines are no longer required Retail Market Hub Upgrade & Market Release
