SmallIntestine The small intestine is filled with villi (finger like cactuses). The villi absorbs nutrients from food that you eat. The nutrients flow into your blood stream. The small intestine also breaks food down into fats, proteins, and sugar. The parts of the small intestine are, duodenum, jejunum, and ileum.

RECTUM! In the rectum, your food turns to feces ( POOP). The rectum stores feces until you have a bowel motion. When this happens, the muscles in the wall of the rectum pushes it out of the anus. If the feces stay in the rectum for more than three days, it dries out and becomes difficult to push out. This is called constipation.
stomach The stomach is like a big, pink, muscle. Acid inside rains down to digest food. Mucus in the stomach is on the walls and it helps the stomach not erode.
