Centerville High School Band Program CHS Marching Band The Centerville Jazz Band The concert ensembles-Wind Symphony/Symphonic Band/Concert Bands-are the foundation of the Centerville Band Program. The many varied co-curricular ensembles and other music classes are offered to students to supplement the basic concert band experience. What is this going to cost me? It’s not free, but it is a lot of fun! CJB Student Marching Fee TBD + 15 Calendars ($75.00) Marching Band Fees are due Dessert Night July 22, 2012 Band Members Will Not Be Allowed to attend Band Camp Until All Fees Are Paid in Full
Fundraising • The Centerville Band program is supported by the Centerville Band Boosters. • Both in school and extra curricular programs are soley funded by the Booster Club. • Fundraising provides funds for both the General Booster fund and provides you with an opportunity to lower any fees for the additional programs.

Calendar Blitz • Our next important fundraising date is Calendar Blitz night – July 5. Mark your calendar! • Everyone is required to sell 15 calendars (included in your fees). Calendars are passed out at Blitz night. • Blitz night helps you sell those calendars – it’s very important to be here to participate.
NEW ANNUAL GIVING CAMPAIGN FUNDRAISERS… • Tentative Launch Date – July 2012 • Centerville Jazz Band is a 501C3 What does this mean? • Donors can personally contribute and now receive a tax benefit • CJB will be creating a committee to identify potential donors from alumni and local businesses 21
