  3. Inititation • One thing you must get use in Greece is the Olive oil, almost in any food Greeks love to add lots of oil. There is no Greek Salad without olive oil ,onions, Greek tomatoes and feta and there is no Greek souvlaki without tsatsiki and tsatsiki without olive oil! .The Greeks use a lot of veggies and spices.

  4. National food • In Greek national food is GYROS.

  5. First course: meat, soup, garides. • Main course: meat, fish, salad. Tomato, cucumber a whole year get. • Drinks:wine(Metox) is expensive but greece likes it. • Desserts:sweets and cakes.

Greek Salad • A lettuce salad (called μαρούλι, "lettuce") is a distinct salad, also popular, especially in the autumn and spring, consisting of finely sliced lettuce, scallions, and fresh dill, and dressed with salt, black pepper, olive pie and red wine vinegar or lemon juice • Requisites: • 1 cup diced seeded peeled cucumber1 cup diced red bell pepper1 cup diced green bell pepper1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese1/4 cup diced red onion1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini peppers1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped2 tablespoons lemon juice2 teaspoons dried oregano1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper4 (6-inch) pita bread rounds, cut in half8 curly leaf lettuce leaves

  7. Greek Spaghetti • Most of the typical red sauces have cloves and cinnamon and when in a Greek house  Greek spaghetti ala Bolognese is cooking the house smells like Christmas cookies.
