School goals Gain Influence The TAB will provide an open forum in which all participants have the opportunity to introduce ideas Engage in Colleague Exchange The TAB will offer an environment where colleagues may openly share information with regards to successes and challenges Establish Innovative Solutions The TAB will strive to pioneer new and exciting technology solutions for Higher Education institutions throughout the nation
Nelnet goals Increase Knowledge The TAB will enable Nelnet to acquire specific process knowledge from the viewpoint of the subject matter experts Receive Validation The TAB will provide a forum for Nelnet to obtain feedback with respect to proposed concepts and existing product offerings Establish Innovative Solutions The TAB will strive to pioneer new and exciting technology solutions for Higher Education institutions throughout the nation
TAB charter • Sponsor: Nelnet • Basic Purpose: Good To Great • Frequency: 3 meetings per year • 1 hour conference call per month • TAB Formats: Open group forums • Committee forums • Subject specific task forces • Activities: Product philosophy / concept • Product process walk-through • Product requirements • Product design • Product rollout strategies
TAB charter • Partner Forums: School Advisory Committee (SAC) • Product User Group (PUG) • Membership: Terms will vary by individual • 18 month term – Minimum • 36 month term – Maximum • Confidentiality: Mutual • Imparter identifies as confidential • Voting: No vote, group consensus only • Press Releases: Nelnet will provide pre-notice and • obtain approval from the board
