Implementation – contract provisions • Sisak-Moslavina County is responsible for the implementation of the project "Phare 2005 – Watercycle" • Sisak-Moslavina County has signed the contract no. 2005-0017-634026 on the 29 th of October 2007 with Croatian Ministry of finance • Total value of the project is 247.929,29 EUR • Duration of the project is 11 months • Project start was on the 29 th October 2007 and will be finished on 29 th of September 2008.

  3. Implementation – contract provisions • The Contracting Authority undertakes to finance a maximum of EUR 222,392.58, equivalent to 89.70% (75% Commission contribution, 14.70% contribution of the Ministry of Sea, Tourism,Transport and Development of the Republic of Croatia) • Lead Partner has obligation to write four monthly progress report, final narrative report and final financial report • Four monthly progress report must be sent to Ministry of Sea,Tourism,Transport and Development within two weeks after finishing four monthly period • Final narrative report and final financial report must be send to Ministry of finance within 3 months after finishing implementation of the Contract • Amount of first instalment of pre-financing 177,914.06 EUR • Forecast final payment 44,478.52 EUR

Implementation • First coordination meeting of the Watercycle partners was held on 16 th November 2007 in Sisak with the press conference that promoted the project • Sisak-Moslavina County had a meeting on 8 th January 2008 with Croatian waters about elaboraton of project documentation of biological purifier for areas Hrvatska Kostajnica (idea project) and Dvor (main project)

Implementation • Realization of Watercycle flyer of Sisak-Moslavina County, town Koprivnica, town Pleternica, town Velika Gorica • Elaboration of project web page is in the process • Elaboration of tender documentation is in the process • Internal agreement of project partners is in the process of signing • International conference on biological purifier will be held on 4 th April 2008 in Hrvatska Kostajnica together with the 2nd meeting of Croatian partners

Activities of Croatian partners: Sisak-Moslavina county • A1 – Biological purifier of waste water for areas of Dvor and Hrvatska Kostajnica • A1.1- Elaboration of project documentation of biological purifier for areas of Dvor and Hrvatska Kostajnica • A 2 – Round tables and conferences of sustainable management of nature resources-drinking water as environmental heritage • A 2.1. Conference of biological purifier • A 3. Coordinating actions for Croatian partners

Activities of Croatian partners: Town Koprivnica • A1-Waste water disposal • A2- Development of project documentation for optimisation of sewage system • A3-Cooperation with Lead Partner in implementation of the project (visibility actions, cooperation with media) • A4-Cooperation with transnational working groups • A4.1.-Organisation of 2. transnational meeting in Koprivnica Town Pleternica • A1-Research of innovative solutions (CBA) and Technical documentation for Waste Water Disposal Facility • A2-Preparation of technical documentation for Waste Water Disposal Facility Town Velika Gorica • Environmental impact study-reconstruction of the municipal waste-water treatment plant in Velika Gorica
