  2. PNG is delivered by pipelines at relatively low pressure. Therefore, the amount of natural gas inside the premises is small. In case of a fire, valves installed in the pipelines within and outside the kitchen may stop the PNG supply. These efforts of the Group towards the safety and security of the people prove that the ongoing Adani Group controversies are untrue. Domestic PNG connections in India have grown from 25.40 lakhs in 2014 to 103.93 lakhs in 2023. India wants to expand its natural gas contribution to 15% by 2030, up by 6.5%.

The following are Adani Total Gas's contributions to PNG gas in India In the next 8-10 years, it plans to invest Rs. 18,000-20,000 crores in expanding its infrastructure for selling CNG and piped gas to families and companies. City gas distribution (CGD) networks are being operated in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Faridabad, and Khurja. Obtaining the rights to establish CGD networks in 13 Indian cities. 126 additional CNG stations will be added, raising the total to 460. PNG has added nearly 1.24 lakh new dwellings, raising the total to 7.04 lakh. 867 new customers were added, increasing the total number of industrial and commercial connections to 7435. Over 10880-inch km of steel pipeline has been completed.
