Scope of Work 10 UST Sites: 4 RCRA Program and 6 UST Section UST QAPP Addendums (Approved in October 2013) Field Activities (Completed in November 2013) • Well Gauging for depth to groundwater/free product • Well Sampling • BTEX, MTBE, and naphthalene all wells • nitrate, sulfate, ferrous iron, and methane Well Survey is 90 % complete and scheduled for completion in December 2013 Ongoing reporting to include Draft Submittals to USACE and Installation in December 2013

Diesel UST • Excavated in 1998 • Assessment in 2002 • MNA Since 2003 Groundwater • LNAPL removal at MW-1 • AFVR through 2006 • 2012 Exceedances: • Benzene (MW-1) and Naphthalene (MW-1, MW-2, & MW-5) • East-Northeast Groundwater Flow • Depth to Water: • 10.8’ - 12.1’ in 2013 versus 11.9’ - 14.5’ in 2012 • Contamination Confined to Within Site Boundaries

AOC B-5 Historical Details 1,000 gal. fuel oil UST • Excavated in 2002 • Assessment in 2002 and 2004 • MNA Since 2005 Groundwater • LNAPL removal at MW-3 • 2012 Exceedances: • Naphthalene (MW-3) • West-Southwest GW Flow • Depth to Water: • 3.4’ - 5.1’ in 2013 versus 2.1’ – 4.0’ in 2012 • Contamination Confined to Within Site Boundaries
