Research Steps Step 1: Use Library Databases Netadvantage: Online version of SP publications LEXIS/NEXIS: full text newspapers, magazines, laws, etc. ABI Inform: Thousands of business pubs, including WSJ Faulkner IT Studies: info tech reports www.lehigh.edu/library
Step 2: Search Tools • Look for selective tools like GlobalEdge (oil production) -- selective means human-reviewed -- also helpful: annotations -- organization for easy retrieval/searchability -- authoritative sources used • See online handouts for more examples
