Introduction • The following slides represent the latest draft CCG structures for the four CCGs in Outer NW London. • The structures here are likely to be supported by additional non-recurrent project resource to support investment programmes (Brent) and financial turnaround (Ealing, Harrow and Hillingdon) BEHH Brent Ealing Harrow Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Groups 2

Ways of Working within the Outer CCGs The four CCGs have agreed that they: Will focus on improving health and well being outcomes for local people, reducing inequalities Will each be a demonstrably clinically led and quality focused statutory NHS organisation seeking continuous improvement in services Will involve local people and stakeholders in planning and monitoring of services Will champion the delivery of the NHS Constitution Will work in partnership with local authorities and providers to integrate services and will act as a good partners in such arrangements Will be seen as the local face of the NHS for their local populations and providers Will work with partners and stakeholders to develop an affordable and sustainable local health economy Will maintain a focus on providing value for money for their local population Will be professionally run with robust governance processes and evidence based decision making Will demonstrate world class commissioning competencies at all times Brent Ealing Harrow Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Groups BEHH
