The proposals on which we propose to consult • Structural simplification of the Regulations • Removal of the ACOP • Embedding the co-ordination function within the project team rather than within the role of an individual • Removal of explicit competence requirements • Removal of the exemption for domestic clients • Amendment of the threshold for appointment of co-ordinators • Exemption of pre construction archeological investigations from definition of ‘construction work’
