Learn five core coaching skills in a two-class series offered to the staff of LINGOs Member agencies.  Coaching out of the Box(R) shares its 2-part virtual training on coaching skills, regardless of your location. This two part series will give you the opportunity to learn, practice and apply new skills focusing on:  Listening, Encouraging, Questioning, Requesting and Action Planning.
