The much awaited Annual Sports Day was celebrated with great zeal, enthusiasm and frolicsome atmosphere at The Modern School, Faridabad. The Chief Guest Shri Gir Raj Singh, Chairman Athletics- Para Olympic Committee of India graced the occasion.

  2. ANNUAL SPORTS DAY CELEBRATION 2019 The much awaited Annual Sports Day was celebrated with great zeal, enthusiasm and frolicsome atmosphere at The Modern School, Faridabad. The Chief Guest ShriGir Raj Singh, Chairman Athletics- Para Olympic Committee of India graced the occasion.Among the other dignitaries present were Ms. Mira Pradeep Singh, Chairperson, The Modern School and Mr. Sanjay Garg and Mr. K.K Aggarwal, Members of the Trust. The program commenced with a synchronised March Past coupled with marching music by the band. The students entered into the spirit of the occasion in a grand way with the oath being administered by the Sports Captain. The students displayed a mesmerising Taekwondo performance that captivated the audience with their energy. The young skaters of the school took everyone’s breath away with their moves amalgamated with some classical steps.Students of all the grades competed in events including sprints, relays, obstacle race and hurdle race. Fun time with a relay race among the houses added to the enjoyment. Once the races began, the air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes.
