SETA ACCREDITATION

1. SETA ACCREDITATION MARCH 2012 KeyPoint Consulting has set down a definitive Leadership training  footprint since its establishment in the Eastern Cape four years ago.   In our work with various clients  we are often engaged in discussions on the need to improve productivity and efficiencies in the workplace.  Central to this conversation has been the  need for  experiential Leadership Training, and in particular  Labour/Employee Relations Development. We are therefore delighted to confirm that following consultations with and submissions to our SETA, we have been awarded Provider status as of February 2012, with specific reference to our Labour Relations Programme. This accreditation will allow you to  effectively claim our training in the SDA levy / grant system, and to gain additional access to financial support your SETA. We now have, internally and through our Services SETA status, a team of professionally qualified and experienced practitioners to Facilitate, Assess and Moderate our training, and to provide formal certification of candidates towards a relevant national qualification.  We are represented in Gauteng, Western Cape, KZN, and the Eastern Cape, with resource capacity to train anywhere in the country! The Programme outline is included in the website and is attached.  Additional Leadership Development, our Evolve Leadership Development, is already lined up to extend our scope further.
