  3. 3 Adil Baguirov is associated with the field of education. He served Dayton Public Schools from 2013 to 2017.

  4. 4 In 2016, Adil Baguirov was elected as the president. He managed to increase cash reserves, aided the budget and transformed the education system.

  5. 5 He authored numerous academic books and articles. He is also known as one of the most influential public speakers and lecturers in the country.

  6. 6 On the education front, Adil Baguirov earned his undergraduate degree in international relations and business administration from the University of Southern California and the Ph.D. degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

  7. 7 He co-founded many organizations including the U.S. Azeris Network and the Karabakh Foundation.

  8. 8 Adil Baguirov has played a vital role in establishing Miami Valley Education Advocacy Network.

  9. 9 Adil Baruirov served as a committee member of the City of Learners organization in Dayton in 2014.

  10. 10 He also worked as the chairman after this time, 2015 to 2017, of the Dayton Public Schools Technology Steering Committee.
