  2. Short History and Present Time The company Enzfelder was founded by Mr. Franz Enzfelder in the year 1969 in Vienna. He has start to produce spindles and parts for customers. 1975 he design and produce his first screw jack in the company. 1976-1977 he has his first Catalogue for screw jacks and he sell his products through the company WORO. 1999 I found the company ENZFELDER GMBH and by the hole company. In the meantime we produce more then 4000 Gear boxes per year in different types and sizes with 30 Employes. The load range goes form 10 kg to 300tons. We have a very good design office and a good organised production.

  3. Product Range from Enzfelder GmbHSee the product sheet • 3 different types of Screw Jacks (BG, SG, HSG) • 2 different types of Teleskope Screw Jacks (TSGLR, TSG) • 4 different types of Elektric Cylinders (SEZ, ELZ, HELZ, ELZP) • 1 Type of Telescope Cylinder (TSGZ) • 1 Type Servo lifting gear • 2 Type of Bevel gear box (K, H) • 1 Type of Spindle Bearing (SLA) • 3 different types of shafts (ZR, G/GX, Cardan) • Different Couplings • Planetary Gearboxes (Coustomized) • Special gearboxes for the Coustomer

  4. SG005 SG015 SG020 SG030 SG050 SG100 SG150 SG200 SG240 SG300 SG500 SG750 SG1000 SG1500 SG2000 SG3000 SIZES SG-Classic Linelike the Catalogue

  5. Basic type The spindle goes up and down through the Screw Jack. Traveling nut The spindle turns and a nut is going up and down. Screw Jack SGSee the explanation sheet

  6. Ratio and ThreadSee the Catalog or ask in the company Standard we have 2 to 4 different ratio and 4 different threads from 1 to 4 starts. Example SG030 Ratio 6:1 8:1 12:1 24:1 Thread Tr30x6 Tr30x12P6 Tr30x18P6 Tr30x24P6 If the customer want we can make every Thread or Ratio.

  7. Above The spindle come out on the top side Below The spindle come out on the bottom side. Design

  8. Spindle Ends (Noses)

  9. Spindle End 1 or 2

  10. Spindle End 3

  11. Spindle End 4

  12. Spindle End 5

  13. Spindle End 6

  14. Stroke The spindle can have a maximum length from 10.000mm. In the code we use always mm.

  15. Mounting Position The Mounting Position is like you see on the sheet. It depends on how you fix the Screw Jack.

  16. Viewing Direction For the next options we have look to the srew jack from the same direction.

  17. DRIVE

  18. DRIVE “ 00 ” No additional Option on the worm

  19. DRIVE “ (M)R “ With motor flange and coupling right side “ (M)L “ With motor flange and coupling left side

  20. DRIVE “ MR ” With motor flange, coupling and motor left side (like picture) (“ GMR “ geared right) “ ML “ With motor flange, coupling and motor left side (“ GML “ geared motor left)

  21. DRIVE ” KR “ With coupling right “ KL “ With coupling left

  22. DRIVE “ HK “ Crank handle “ HR “ Hand wheel

  23. Turn lock device “ VS “ Turn lock device feather key on spindle

  24. Turn lock device “ VV “ Turn lock device with a square tube.

  25. Explication of the spindle end side “ 0 “ Without guiding “ F “ Guiding standard “ FFB “ Guiding for bellow

  26. Explication of the spindle end side “ FSB “ Guiding adjustable with clamping ring “ FSA “ Guiding for lubrication

  27. Explication of the protection tube side(Back side of the spindle end) “ 0 “ Without guiding on the back side of the spindle end “ F “ With guiding without protection tube on the back side of the spindle end

  28. Explication of the protection tube side(Back side of the spindle end) “ S “ With protection tube on the back side of the spindle end “ SF “ With protection tube with guide ring on the back side of the spindle end

  29. Driving shaft “ B “ Driving shaft on both sides. “ R “ Driving shaft on the left side. “ L “ Driving shaft on the right side.

  30. Swivelling consoles “ SP “ Swivelling plate “ SP90° “ Swivelling plate Axis 90° turned “ SK “ Swivelling console and the same 90° turned-”SK90°”

  31. Swivelling Console Special “ SL “ Swivelling Console Special “ SLA “ Swivelling Console Special

  32. “ FB “ Bellow “ FS “ Flat Spiral Spring Cover Spindle Protection

  33. Limit Stops “ EAS1 “ Limit Stop Mechanical “ EAS3 “ Limit Stop Inductive “ EAS2 “ Limit Stop Magnetic With Protection tube in Aluminium

  34. Limit Stops “ GER “ Gear Limit Stop on the right driving shaft “ GEL “ is the same but on the left shaft “ AGR “ Absolute Encoder on the right driven shaft “ AGL “ is the same on the left shaft “ IGR “-” IGL “ Incremental encoder on the right or on the left driving shaft

  35. Safety Nut “ SIF “ Safety Nut with guiding which has to be checked by a person. “ SIO “ is the same but without guiding The safety nut run every time without load. If the load carrying nut is broken the safety nut catch the load after a few mm. Then you have to change the nuts. Normally you have to change the nut before. A Person which make the maintenance has to check the level of the safety nut and if the level was to low the nut has to be changed.

  36. Safety Nut “ SIE “ Safety nut electrically monitored with guiding and nut brake switch “ SIM “ is the same but without guiding “ DÜ “ Drive Monitoring is an inductive sensor which control the safety nut or the Wormwheel that everything is working.

  37. Turn Off Device “ AS “ Turn off device is, if there is a problem with a limit switch or some other problem with the control system, that the nut on the end off the spindle will block the system “ ES “ Turn in device ss the same like AS, but the difference is for the other direction of the spindle.

  38. Noise Attenuation “ GD “ Contains of a thin rubber plate and 4 distance sleeves for the boring that there is no contact between the steel part of the screw jack and from the steel Construction.

  39. Stub covering “ SR ” Stub covering is for to protect the driving shaft, and to protect persons against damage. “ SL ” Is the same but on the other side of the driving shaft

  40. Low backlash design Thread “ SAS “ “ SES “ SAS is an low backlash thread. The low backlash is only when we deliver it. After some times when it works the backlash will be mor and more. SES is an design that you can adjust it after some times when it works and you have a every time a low backlash in the thread. (see the picture below)
