Apple Inc contract maker Wistron said on Tuesday it was hoping to restart activities at its manufacturing plant in southern India which was closed toward the end of last year after laborers went out of control at the site. Wistron was endeavoring to increase expectations and fix issues at the plant in Karnataka's Kolar area, the Taiwanese organization said in an explanation. "We are anticipating restarting our activities and inviting back colleagues and we express gratitude toward them for their understanding and backing as we worked through remedial activities," Wistron said.
