The group’s consolidated operations are spread over 31,000 m2 and manned by over 300 employees. 3. THE TAZZARI GROUP The mechanical divisionoperates under Tazzari GL S.p.A. (with the ZERO and Concrete Systems brands) and Tecno-Lam S.r.l. Tazzari GL S.p.a. supplies highly engineered industrial automated machinery units. In their competitive field, they excel in engineering, design and quality assurance for many types of automated machines. Electric Vehicles: ZERO is the first italianelectric sport city car with the newest technologies, famous all over the world (the first lithium electric city car in Europe). Concrete Systems:active for a number of years in the field of concrete processing, offers a range of compact and flexible equipment with an excellent price - quality ratio, providing levels of performance in line with customer requirements. Tecno Lam S.r.l. was incorporated and strengthened by the group. It furnishes fully produced goods from semi worked raw materials to the iron working, aluminium working and carpentry industries, all finished in laser technology.

4. THE TAZZARI GROUP Fomet S.p.a., Shell Casting S.r.l. and Modelleria Imolese S.r.l. make up the foundry division. For 48 years Fomet S.p.a. has been one of the foremost foundries in Europe for aluminium castings, thanks to their know how and modern technologies which are perfectly suited for their many diverse important national and international clients (the largest automatic sand quality aluminium foundry plant in Italy). Shell Casting S.r.l. is the most modern foundry in the Tazzari group. It produces aluminium shell castings on many low pressure casting machines. Shell Casting S.r.l. also operates on the national and international markets delivering high tech quality products (90% automotive aluminium castings). Modelleria Imolese S.r.l.prototypes and molds made of steel and aluminium.

Range(*): up to 85 km. • ECONOMY: Makes optimum use of the charge giving extraordinary roaming range (*) up to 140 km. • STANDARD: The ideal balance between performance and range (*), perfect for everyday use (up to 110 km). • RAIN: The right choice for travelling safely in poor grip conditions. Range (*): up to 120 km. *Range has been calculated for an outside temperature of 20 degrees. Above or below this temperature, the estimated drop in range is by approximately 1% for each degree.

13. TAZZARI ZERO: THE ELECTRIC CITY CAR The electric drive benefits from the fantastic performance of lithium ion batteries, controlled by the special BMS and active equalizer. The BMS (Battery Management System) – developed for ZERO by the Tazzari Electric Team in conjunction with engineers at prestigious universities which support the project – ensures reliability and maximum efficiency of latest-generation lithium batteries. The active equalizer specially designed for ZERO is an innovative system which comes as part of the standard equipment of every vehicle to ensure automatic equalization of all battery cells at the end of each recharging cycle. Tazzari estimates the average life of ZERO lithium batteries at 80,000/100,000 km or 1,500 - 2,000 recharging cycles.

14. TAZZARI ZERO: THE ELECTRIC CITY CAR The aluminium-body three-phase asynchronous electric engine is mounted at wheel fulcrum height, just behind the central safety cell. To ensure balance, the batteries are spaced out below the seats and towards the front of the vehicle. This all contributes to keeping the vehicle’s centre of gravity low. As a consequence, the weight is evenly distributed between the two axles which ensures unbelievable roadholding and stability in any driving condition. The power unit position (slightly off-centre with respect to the longitudinal vehicle axis) adds balance when driving without a passenger.

TAZZARI ZERO: THE ELECTRIC CITY CAR Leaving nothing to chance when it comes to safety, ZERO is provided with an electro-assisted brake system with four disc brakes – a configuration typically reserved for race cars. ZERO’s sophisticated load-bearing structure consists of three frames, with the central frame guaranteeingpassenger and driver safety in case of impact, while the front and rear frames have been designed with geometries, cross-sections and materials specifically created and tested to absorb impact from the outside, with controlled deformation to protect the central safety cell. ZERO’s technology also allows for energy recovery during braking and slowing down. This helps maximise the overall range estimated to be 140 km in the ECONOMY driving mode.

16. TAZZARI ZERO: THE ELECTRIC CITY CAR RECHARGING: The recharging cable must be taken from the bonnet and plugged into an electrical socket. • Using the on-board 220V standard battery charger (on all vehicles as standard equipment) and a power supply of 1.8 kW, it only takes about 9 hours to fully recharge the batteries from 0% to 100%. • With the optional 220V MULTIFAST battery charger, you can fill up from 0% to 100% in less than 5 hours at the maximum absorption rate. This charger (which can also be found inside the vehicle) has three speed settings and can be adjusted at any time depending on the power supply available for charging. • With the optional portable 380VMINI SUPERFAST battery charger, located in the vehicle front compartment, and three-phase power supply, 0% to 80% charging can be achieved in about 2 hours. • With the optional 380VSUPERFAST external charger and three-phase power supply, 0% to 80% recharging can be obtained in under an hour. An ideal solution for ZEROs that are part of a company car fleet.
