Booking Requirement 出口船位簽訂所需資料 Following information must be shown on bookings : 定艙位 (簽S/O) 必需具備之基本資料: • Seller’ complete name & address, contact person name, telephone & fax no. • 廠家完整名稱及地址,聯絡人,電話及傳真. • Consignee name & address 確實的收貨人及地址 • Port of Loading 裝貨港 • PO No 訂單號碼 • Destination貨物目的地 • Part No. Part 號碼 • A precise commodity description詳細正確的品名 • Total number of pallets with dimension (L x W x H) and weight(M3)棧板數量,棧板長寬高 及 重量 • Cargo Ready Date 貨物完成時間 Note : Booking changes must be made 1 working day prior to APLL LCL Cutoff enabling sufficient time to re-arrange booking with APL Liner and container load planning. 任何變動請於併櫃貨結關前一天通知APLL,APLL才能及時調整貨櫃尺寸並取得客戶 授權同意重新安排 裝櫃事宜

CY Load – Minimum Container Utilization 廠商拖櫃- 棧板數最底要求 20’ – 9 Pallets 40’ – 18 Pallets • ** To increase productivity, 8 pallets or less are required to deliver to APLL warehouse for consolidation • ** 為了達成櫃子最高使用,而不浪費空間及運費: • 廠商只能在貨物達到或超過 18 Pallets - 40’才可做工廠拖櫃 (CY Factory Pack) • (20‘ 則需達到 9 個 Pallets) • 如果只有8塊棧板或者少於8塊棧板,都需送到APLL做併貨出口,而不與廠商拖櫃.

  16. Pallet Loading – Standard Packing slips should have at minimum: 包裝明細(Packing Slips)需標示清楚下列資料: a. NETGEAR PO#NETGEAR訂單號碼. b. Total pallets and total boxes 總棧板及總箱數. c. Part number and qtyNETGEAR Part# 及數量. d. Supplier invoice # 廠商的 Invoice#. e. Pallets must be labeled with 1 of xx and packing slip should be on pallet #1. It is not necessary to place packing slips on each pallet only pallet #1. • 所有棧板(Pallet)均需標示 1 of XX (總棧板) • 包裝明細(Packing Slip)標籤指示需貼在第一件棧板 • 不必要每個棧板都放Packing Slip標示.

Pallet Loading – Mixed Product • allowMixed SKUs/Productson thelast palletof each container/shipment provided that a A4 size paper clearly stating the mix with P/N, PO# and QTY for an easy identification. 若NETGEAR接受混合(MIXED SKUs/ Products) 產品打在同一棧板上時, • 需是每一櫃子的最後一個棧板的位置 • 且用A4紙標示清楚的內容(“P/N, PO# & qty”)使容易便認. • packing slips label all boxes with 1 of xx(x=number of boxes) and packing slip on box #1 包裝明細標籤的箱數用“1 OF XX”(xx=箱號)並且標示於第一箱. Expense Offset Description • Under-utilized Containers: 櫃子裝櫃沒達到客戶(NETGEAR)的標準 (工廠拖櫃): • US$200 per pallet based on actual pallets loading substracted from minimum loadable pallets per container size. • 實際棧板裝載如未達到客戶(NETGEAR)要求的該櫃型之最少棧板裝載量，NETGEAR將會罰款廠商 -US$200/PALLET • Re-Palletization: • 重新組裝棧板: • US$30(USA) & US$35(Europe) per pallet assessed to improper pallet loading which require rework at destination. • 如未依規定打棧板，而致貨物需在到達目的地時重整,NETGAR會對廠商處以罰款-USD30/PALLET(美國線);USD35/PALLET(歐洲線)
